设计一个超大型浮体,所依据的环境条件与载荷是影响其使用安全性的最关键的因素。合理地预估在“复杂多变”的波浪环境中“漂泊不定”的浮体结构所承受的载荷,进而评估结构安全状况,几乎是海洋装备科技界面临的“永恒挑战”。设计一座布设于岛礁海域复杂浅海环境中的浮体,进行其所受波浪载荷及结构安全性的评估,面临三个区别于开阔海域中海洋浮体的技术挑战:一是,复杂的海底地形及岛礁绕射效应使波浪的传播演化与开阔深水海域完全不同,必须针对具体的浮体布设地点,掌握在结构尺度范围内随位置而异的波高和浪向的统计特征;二是,超大型浮体运动响应和结构安全性的分析必须考虑浮体变形与水动力作用的耦合效应,而已有的针对开阔海域中各类航行或驻留浮式结构物的三维船舶水弹性力学理论和分析软件,对于来浪时空演化不均匀、水深及海底地形足以影响其受力与响应的近岛礁浮式结构物已不再适用;三是,超大型浮体往往由多个模块经连接器在海上组装,多模块系统引入了诸多涉及动力学响应与安全性的新技术挑战。
针对岛礁海域超大型浮体设计、建造和运行中的关键科学问题,从2013年开始,以中国船舶科学研究中心吴有生院士为首席科学家,联合大连理工大学、上海交通大学、湖南大学、江苏科技大学、大连船舶重工集团等十余个单位产学研深度融合和协同攻关,通过973计划项目“海洋超大型浮体复杂环境响应与结构安全性”(2013CB036100)解决了大型海上浮式结构物布设于岛礁海域所面临的不同于开阔海域的波浪荷载、动静力学等重大科学问题,并在工业和信息化部 “浮式保障平台工程”([2012]533 、[2016]22)项目中解决了近岛礁浮式结构物工程化应用所面临的一系列关键技术。
项目团队形成了岛礁海域复杂浅海地理环境中超大型浮体波激响应与结构安全性分析的相关理论和系列化分析、试验方法。为验证相关理论方法与预测模型,在多个波浪水池中开展了模拟岛礁海域地理环境的多模块浮体模型试验;并设计建造了一座双模块“科学试验平台” (“Scientific Research & Demonstration Platform, SRDP” ),于2019年8月,布放在中国南海某岛礁附近,进行长周期海上试验考核,为验证岛礁海域多模块浮体相关理论与设计方法提供了前所未有的丰富数据。本专栏收集了上述关于岛礁波浪时空分布不均匀性的演化机理、近岛礁浮式结构物水弹性力学、系泊系统、多模块柔性连接及浮式防波堤系统等方面的最新研究进展。
作者简介
吴有生,中国工程院院士,中国船舶科学研究中心名誉所长,深海技术科学太湖实验室主任,《Journal of Hydrodynamics》主编。长期投身于船舶水动力学与结构力学交叉领域研究,作为船舶与海洋工程装备领域的领军人物,吴有生院士始终心系南海的发展,融合国内优势力量形成国家队,在南海新型海洋装备技术领域取得显著成绩。先后获全国科技大会奖、军队科技进步一等奖、国防科技成果二等奖与部级科技成果二等奖等多项奖励,先后在国内外发表学术论文200余篇,主持与参加编写著作5部,培养博士、硕士研究生40余名。
宗智,大连理工大学教授。长期从事非线性波浪理论、高性能船舶、涡激振动、水下爆炸、船舶冰水动力学的研究。获省部级奖励七次,先后在国内外发表学术论文300余篇,攥写专著6部,获得授权发明专利20余项,主持设计两艘大型船舶。培养博士、硕士研究生100余名。担任《Journal of Applied Mathematics and Statistical Applications》、《Journal of Hydrodynamics》等国内外多个学术杂志的编委。
徐道临,教授,博士生导师,湖南大学深海装备技术研究中心主任,国家舰船维修技术专家组成员,自然科学基金委数理学部会评专家,国家科技部“十二五”863项目深海采矿扬矿系统海试专家组组长。目前主要研究方向为海洋工程相关的理论与关键技术。近5年,主持过国家863和973计划项目、自然科学基金、工信部高技术船舶项目、国防预研等项目。主要研究内容包括多模块海上浮动平台动力学响应及载荷特性、结构稳定性分析、浮式保障平台连接器设计技术、多模块浮动平台构型研究等。主要学术成果发表论文200余篇,SCI论文100余篇,引用2200余次,发明专利20余项,在舰船减振降噪领域撰写专著一部,一篇论文获国际IEEE大会最佳论文奖。
嵇春艳,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者,江苏科技大学副校长。长期从事船舶与海洋工程结构水动力及安全性评估方面的研究工作,在浮式防浪消波机理与技术研究方面取得了显著的创新成果,主持研制了我国南海首个浮式防波堤工程样机,并提出了新的消波方法。先后获江苏省和教育部科技进步一等奖各1项;发表SCI检索论文50余篇;授权发明专利20余项;出版学术专著2部;担任国际船舶与海洋结构大会委员等学术兼职。
