《水动力学研究与进展》2024年第四次执行编委会议顺利召开

岁序更新,万象启新。《水动力学研究与进展》2024年第四次执行编委会议于2025年1月11日(星期六)下午在上海市黄浦区高雄路185号中国船舶科学研究中心上海分部召开,本次会议采取线上线下联动的方式进行。主编吴有生院士、编委会副主任刘桦教授、编委会秘书长/执行主编卢东强研究员、顾问编委戴世强教授和缪国平教授、上海中船编印社总经理/执行编委刘忠族研究员、执行主编马峥研究员等二十余名执行编委现场出席了会议。编委会副主任林建忠教授,荣誉主编周连第研究员,执行主编槐文信教授,顾问编委颜开研究员、鲁传敬教授,中文刊副主编郭鹏程教授、徐辉副教授、朱红钧教授,执行编委王福军教授、周济福研究员等二十余名执行编委线上参加了会议。

会议由编委会秘书长/执行主编卢东强研究员主持。首先,执行主编马峥研究员汇报了2024年期刊与学术活动工作总结及2025年工作计划,以及第36届全国水动力学研讨会的筹备情况。

接着,执行编委陈红勋教授、张宇宁教授、朱红钧教授、徐辉副教授分别介绍了2025年“水动力装备与系统专家学者论坛”、“能源领域青年学者沙龙”、“涡激振动国际学术研讨会”、“高保真计算方法国际会议”的筹备情况。编委会副主任刘桦教授介绍了“第16届国际水动力学会议(ICHD2026)”的筹备情况,并征询了大家对会议举行日期的建议。

随后,中船编印社总经理刘忠族研究员全面总结了编辑部2024年在人才队伍建设、《水动力学研究与进展》编校流程优化、期刊宣传及对近三年编委会议意见和建议梳理等方面所做的工作,展望了2025年工作计划,提出将进一步分析编委意见与建议,提出有针对性的改进措施,有效落实整改。同时,将修订编委会《章程》,明确编委权利和义务,以期更好地服务编委,促进期刊高质量发展。

各位参会代表围绕编委会和编辑部建设、期刊的选题策划、前沿热点问题追踪、加强国内外学术交流及期刊宣传等方面踊跃发言、建言献策。

最后,会议代表形成如下共识:

一、为提高效率、节省时间,执行编委会议召开频次由每年四次调整为每年两次;

二、按专业方向加快推进编委分组,积极发挥各方向的编委在审稿、供稿及学术活动等方面的支撑作用;

三、编辑部加强编委会议意见和建议的梳理,形成有针对性的改进措施,努力落实,并在下一次编委会议进行回应;

四、期刊工作坚持“面向世界科技前沿、面向经济主战场、面向国家重大需求、面向人民生命健康”,积极响应国家对科研工作的号召,把最新科研成果书写在祖国大地上。

期待在新的一年里《Journal of Hydrodynamics》《水动力学研究与进展》编委与编辑部不断创新,在传播科技成果、推动学科进步方面发挥更重要的作用。

第十八届全国水动力学学术会议暨第三十六届全国水动力学研讨会征文通知

为了促进水动力学跨学科的学术交流,使广大科研人员有发表最新研究成果和交换研究信息的机会,第十八届全国水动力学学术会议暨第三十六届全国水动力学研讨会拟于2025年7月在宁夏银川召开。会议将邀请各方面专家作大会报告,还将进行学术交流和有关考察活动。欢迎广大水动力学工作者踊跃参加会议,并广泛提出在经济建设中迫切需要解决的水动力学问题,使工程设计单位与教学科研单位紧密协作,共同攻关,为建设社会主义现代化强国服务。

1. 征文范围

(1) 水动力学基础研究;(2) 计算流体力学;(3)水动力学试验与测试技术;(4) 工业流体力学;(5) 船舶与海洋工程水动力学;(6) 海岸环境与水利水电和河流水动力学。

2. 征文要求

(1) 请投寄论文摘要一份,专家评审组将根据投寄的摘要内容决定是否录用。论文摘要内容应包括:1. 文章题目; 2. 论文内容简要说明(包括文中处理方法及重要结果)。

3. 注意事项

(2) 录用的论文将编入《第十八届全国水动力学学术会议暨第三十六届全国水动力学研讨会论文集》,并在第十八届全国水动力学学术会议暨第三十六届全国水动力学研讨会上安排交流。

(3) 会议将推荐优秀论文在《水动力学研究与进展》专栏上发表,原创性强的特别优秀的论文推荐到《Journal of Hydrodynamics》上发表。

(4) 会议将评选学生优秀论文奖8-10名(评选条件:1、学生为论文的第一作者;2、第一作者在会议上交流;3、第一作者全程参加会议),并在闭幕式宣布获奖名单、并颁发奖状,会后发放奖金。
