杨中华,1977年生,1999年获武汉水利电力大学港口航道与治河工程专业学士学位,2004年获武汉大学港口海岸及近海工程专业博士学位,之后在武汉大学工作至今,2012年受聘为教授。

杨中华的研究方向为环境与生态水力学,近年来主要从事河湖生态治理和水污染控制方面的理论和技术研究。取得的主要学术成果包括:1)在植被、水、沙交互作用机理方面,研究了洲滩植被阻力、植被滞沙效应以及植被影响下的水流时均和紊动结构,提出了预测淹没植被水流流量、曼宁系数及谢才系数的计算公式,基于扩散理论和重力理论分别提出了适用于淹没植被覆盖的明渠中悬移质泥沙浓度垂线分布预测模型。2)在河湖生态治理技术方面,针对面积大、淹没条件变化剧烈、演变规律复杂的江心沙质滩地生态修复问题,提出了一套结合植被选育、基质改良和临时防冲结构设置的生态固滩方法。3)在环境水力学反问题方面,针对当前河渠水污染预警和控制系统中存在的模型校正困难、控制方案滞后等问题,将伴随方法应用到河渠水质数学模型中,构建了包括污染溯源、模型参数优化、边界优化和污染控制等多种环境水力学反问题模型和求解方法。

先后主持了国家自然科学基金面上项目4项、专项项目1项,参与多项国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家重点研发计划项目的研究。先后发表论文100多篇,2018年以来,以第一或通讯作者发表论文51篇(其中SCI收录论文31篇,EI收录论文6篇),授权国家发明专利5项(第1完成人),获批软件著作权8项(第1完成人)。研究成果获得省部级奖励6项,包括水力发电科技进步二等奖1项(排名第1)、中国电力科技进步二等奖1项(排名第1)、大禹水利科技进步一等奖1项(排名第4)等。担任国际水利与环境工程学会(IAHR)中国分会执行委员、湖北省水力发电工程学会水工水力学专委会副主任委员、湖北省力学学会理事以及《Energy, Ecology and Environment》和《Journal of Hydrodynamics》、《水电能源科学》、《中国农村水利水电》期刊编委。


季斌,教授,博士生导师,《水动力学研究与进展》编委,致力于水力机械和推进器空化水动力学相关的流动机理及工程应用研究,尤其是在水面船舰运行、水下航行体推进等领域中涡空化水动力学的流动机理及控制方法方面积累了丰富的经验,取得一系列重要研究成果。以第一作者或通讯作者身份在Journal of Fluids Engineering、International Journal of Multiphase Flow、Experiments in Fluids、Ocean Engineering等国际期刊上发表SCI检索论文50余篇,其中6篇入选ESI高被引用论文,1篇论文被评为“2015年中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文”;出版学术专著1部;曾荣获高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖等奖项。


邓见:1981年5月生,湖南常宁人。浙江大学教授,国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金项目获得者。现任浙江大学航空航天学院流体工程研究所副所长。2002年本科毕业于浙江大学力学系,2007年取得浙江大学流体力学专业博士学位。2012-2014年剑桥大学应用数学与理论物理系访问学者、2018年牛津大学物理系高级访问学者。主持国家自然科学基金项目5项。担任《Journal of Hydrodynamics》等学术期刊编委。主要研究方向为仿生水动力学、流动稳定性、空泡动力学。在Physical Review Letters、Journal of Fluid Mechanics、Physical Review E等学术期刊发表论文60余篇,主要研究成果包括:1)借鉴自然界生物的感知机制,研究了柔性纤维在流动中的分叉、柔性纤维在液滴撞击下的动态屈曲等,可为高精度流动传感器的设计提供启发;2)针对鱼群在复杂环境中的高效游动、自组织集群特性,构建了集群运动的统计物理学模型,揭示了群体对抗入侵的动态响应机制,研究了涡流、分层流动等复杂环境中的鱼游推进,探索了鱼类推进的高效机制与环境适应能力;3)发展了空泡流动的多尺度数值计算模型,研究了空泡流动的微介观结构与宏观结构之间的作用机理。


王嘉松,1967年生,1989、1992年分获西南石油学院(现西南石油大学)钻井工程、油气田开发(钻井)工程学士、硕士学位,1998年获大连理工大学水工结构工程专业博士学位,2000年上海交通大学工程力学系博士后出站工作至今,2009年受聘为教授,2019年受聘为长聘教授。

王嘉松主要从事高分辨率计算流体力学、涡激振动及其抑制、风洞及水槽实验、流致振动能量利用、大气环境动力学等方向的研究,近10年来主要从事细长结构流激振动机理、抑制及利用方面的理论、方法和应用研究。取得的主要学术成果包括:1)在高精度流固耦合模型方面,原创提出了单元速度向量转化(EVVT)方法,创新研发了细长结构的TVD-EVVT高精度CFD和FSI预报方法和求解器,计算精度和效率显著提高。揭示了隔水管涡激振动、多模态、行波响应,隔水管附属浮力块、整流罩等系统的涡激振动抑制、驰振及涡激振动与驰振耦合等多种作用机制。2)在高效流固耦合模型方面,创新性地基于涡粘性耗散规律构造了DVM核扩散新模型,提高了流场分辨率及精度,建立了超细长柔性多体结构流固耦合高效数值计算方法和求解器,显著提升计算效率。揭示了多管流激激振动干涉影响特征、尾流驰振发生条件、柔性结构振动模态及抑制机制等内在机理。3)在涡激振动工程快速预报模型方面,率先建立了实尺度雷诺数、双向耦合条件下的涡激振动流体力系数库,开发了钻井隔水管涡激振动快速预报软件,并在实际工程中得到很好的应用。4)利用风洞与水槽实验,论证了自主仿鱼尾整流罩、双分离盘等涡激振动抑制方法与装置,实现曳力显著降低,振动幅值减弱95%以上的双抑制效果。

先后主持了国家自然科学基金项目5项,863项目1项,参与国家973、国家自然基金重点、国家科技重大专项、国家重点研发计划、工信部数值水池创新专项等若干项目的研究。发表学术论文近200篇,其中SCI论文70余篇,授权国家发明专利2项,获批软件著作权6项。研究成果获得省部级奖励3项,包括第一完成人上海市科技进步一等奖1项,主要参与者中国石油与化工工业联合会科技进步一等奖1项,中国海洋工程咨询协会科学技术奖二等奖1项。担任《Journal of Hydrodynamics》、《Sustainable Marine Structures》、《水动力学研究与进展》、《中国海洋平台》等期刊编委。获上海市闵行区领军人才。
