《水动力学研究与进展》和“Journal of Hydrodynamics” 执行编委和副主编2019年度第一次(扩大)会议

《水动力学研究与进展》和“Journal of Hydrodynamics”(JHD)执行编委会2018年度第五次并2019年度第一次会议于2019年1月12日(星期六)下午在中国船舶科学研究中心(702所)上海分部411会议室召开。

参加会议的有:主任委员、主编吴有生;顾问编委董世汤;副主任委员戴世强、林建忠、刘桦、缪国平、颜开;执行主编周连第;秘书长卢东强;执行编委陈彬、槐文信、鲁传敬、马峥、滕斌、潘存鸿、邵雪明、孙超、滕斌、万德成、王道增、吴建华、吴应湘、詹杰民、邹早建。编委陈红勋、丁航、王军、谢锡麟、尹海龙、张建民、张伟、邹璐、编辑部工作人员列席了会议。

编委会主任吴有生院士主持了会议。副主编马峥研究员代表编辑部做了工作汇报。会议议主要内容包括:

(1)2017年度工作总结:期刊影响力及网络化、电子化;参与期刊出版界活动;学术会议;水动力学奖项。

(2)2018年度工作计划:学术会议;编委换届;期刊发展。

2018年工作总结及取得成绩

一)期刊影响力及网络化、电子化

2017年影响因子达到1.563,较2016年增长了33.1%,在国际力学类排序从89/134上升到77/134,在国内力学类排名上升到首位,历年文献总引频次当年被引用总数次达1696,比2016年提高了21%。

2018年正式与Springer出版集团合作。2018年之前通过Elsevier投稿的积压稿件共141篇,已经正式入刊86篇,剩余55篇全部上网预先在线(Online First),并预计在2019年第一至三期全部入刊。

同时,完成了2006年以来电子期刊从Elsevier到Springer转移事宜,经过多方协调,DOI的链接自动转向SpringerLink,并在ScienceDirect网站保留2006-2017年的全文。

期刊进行改版:2018年第六期起,文章页首增加杂志名称。2019年第一期起,不再标柱中国作者的中文名称。

编辑部新版网站办理在相关管理部门办理的备案手续,于第二季度已经正式上线:

二)参与期刊出版界活动

  • 5月29日,《中国期刊传播能力建设研究》课题调研会。
  • 6月7日,“第七届上海期刊论坛”。
  • 9月15日,“2018中国学术期刊国际影响力高层座谈会”。
  • 10月25日,“2018中国学术期刊未来论坛”。
  • 10月29日,“第十五届长三角科技期刊发展论坛”,并在会议上作“加快期刊转型发展,引领学科前沿研究”报告。
  • 11月20日,应邀参加江苏省科技期刊年会,介绍办刊经验。

三)学术会议

“第29届全国水动力学研讨会”于2018年8月24—26日在江苏镇江召开,由江苏大学承办。会上共交流了6篇大会报告、14篇分会场邀请报告、110篇平行小组报告,来自国内逾40家单位220多位代表参加会议。文集(海洋出版社)收录论文183篇,总计1456页。

“第13届国际水动力学会议”(The 13th International Conference on Hydrodynamics, ICHD’2018)于2018年9月2日-6日在韩国仁川松岛(Songdo, Incheon, Korea)举办,来自15个国家104位代表(其中中国大陆52位)参加了会议,会上交流了三篇大会报告、74篇小组报告。9月4日,ICHD执行委员会召开了会议。中国三位成员(吴有生、刘桦、卢东强)全部参加会议。会议听取了ICHD’2018组委会的报告,讨论ICHD未来的发展方向,和表决了第14届ICHD将于2020年9月左右在意大利罗马举办。ICHD执行委员会上也确定了JHD作为ICHD永久(但不唯一)的支持杂志。

“第13届OpenFOAM国际研讨会”于2018年6月24-29日在上海交通大学举办,JHD编委会作为组织单位之一,积极参与了会务组织和学术交流。遴选了4篇优秀论文组成专栏在JHD 2019年第1期发表。

“水动力学领域自主可控、面向应用的CFD基础求解器开发研讨会”于2018年12月21日~23日在上海建国宾馆召开,会议由《水动力学研究与进展》编委会和“科技计算联盟”主办,逾40名船舶、航空航天以及相关高校从事CFD技术的专家,共同探讨我国CFD自主软件发展思路。

“涡识别方法与应用研讨会”于2018年12月21日-23日在华北电力大学(北京)举办,由“涡与湍流5校研究联盟”、《水动力学研究与进展》编委会、华北电力大学共同主办,旨在对涡识别方法领域的最新进展和前沿方法进行深入研讨。编委会遴选了中英文各6篇优秀论文组成专栏在《水动力学研究与进展》A、B辑2019年第2期上发表。

“船舶海洋与力学国际暑期学校”于2018年7月30日-8月10日在上海交通大学举办,上海交通大学船舶海洋与建筑工程学院、高新船舶与深海开发装备协同创新中心、《水动力学研究与进展》编委会、上海市力学学会青年工作委员会共同主办。

四)水动力学奖项

第三届周培源水动力学奖奖励在2018年全国水动力学研讨会开幕式上颁发。许唯临(四川大学)、邹明松(中船重工702所)分别获得一等奖、二等奖,季斌(武汉大学)、张凌新(浙江大学)获得三等奖。

LUO Xian-wu (罗先武), JI Bin (季斌), Tsujimoto, Y.的论文“A review of cavitation in hydraulic machinery,”[Journal of Hydrodynamics, 2016, 28(3): 335-358]再次获得了“Journal of Hydrodynamics期刊年度高被引论文奖”。该论文为提升JHD的国际影响力做出了贡献,连续获得2017、2018年度高被引论文奖。

2018年度全国水动力学研讨会,程怀玉(武汉大学)、彭凯(浙江大学)、王秋雯(上海交通大学)、刘帅(上海交通大学)、候林彤(中国科学院力学所)、李翔(大连理工大学)等研究生获“学生优秀论文奖”。

2019年工作计划及展望

  • 提升《水动力学研究与进展》A辑

为了进一步《水动力学研究与进展》A辑(中文刊)的发展,执行编委会议确定将从2019年起,把A辑的提升作为工作重点,具体举措将陆续推出。

  • 支持“第三届空化和多相流国际会议”

首届空化和多相流国际会议(International Symposium of Cavitation and Multiphase Flow,ISCM)于2014年在清华大学举办,第二届ISCM于2016年在江苏大学举办,第三届ISCM将在2019年4月19日至22日在上海举办。

  • 第30届(2019)全国水动力学研讨会

“第30届全国水动力学研讨会”暨“第十五届全国水动力学学术会议”将于2019年8月16日周五(报到)至19日在合肥举办,同时举办“第七届海峡两岸水动力学研讨会”,会议将由合肥工业大学、中国科学技术大学联合承办。

研讨会摘要投寄截止:2019年4月15日前;全文投寄截止:2019年5月15日前。

JHD编委王军教授(合肥工业大学)、丁航教授(中国科学技术大学)分别代表当地组委会介绍了筹备情况,并热情期待全国各地代表与会。

  • 编委会换届工作

《水动力学研究与进展》编委会换届工作会议、第八届三次暨第九届一次编委会会议将于2019年8月16日(周五)在合肥召开。期望全体编委及时关注会议通知(微信群,期刊,网站)并积极参加。

新一届编委会将更多启用年轻骨干加入核心领导层(执行编委会),并注意老中青结合。今后将工作重心投入到前沿热点研究方面,提升学术影响力,引领学科发展方向。

初步的时间安排如下:

2019年1月至3月:积极吸收各方,并提交七人工作小组(戴世强、周连第、缪国平、颜开、刘桦、马峥、卢东强)。

2019年4月至6月:酝酿初步方案,征求意见。

2019年7月:执行编委会议讨论确定候选人选。

2019年8月:编委会议表决。

  • 谱元方法应用研讨与推广会(Nektar++ Workshop)

Nektar++ 2019将于2019年11月在上海举办,由上海交通大学、《水动力学研究与进展》编委会、英国帝国理工学院共同主办。

Nektar++ Workshops自2015年起每年举办一届,前三届在英国举办,2019年在中国举办。会议将对谱元方法应用的成果开展交流,并对谱元方法软件进行培训,希望能够促进中国高精度数值方法水平提高及谱元方法软件在中国的推广。

副主编工作会议

2019年度第一次副主编工作会议于1月12日(星期六)中午召开。参加会议的有执行主编周连第;副主编槐文信、刘桦、卢东强、马峥、滕斌、吴建华;编委邹璐(代表万德成)和编辑部工作人员列席了会议。执行主编周连第主持了会议。

会议重点讨论和强调了:

1)审稿依据中,有一个“大修”(major revision)时,副主编应该和执行主编协商如何对该稿定论。

2)中文期刊的发展战略问题。

Cavitation and multiphase flow is one of paramount topics of fluid mechanics with many applications in engineering. The 3rd International Symposium of Cavitation and Multiphase Flow (ISCM), which is jointly organized by Shanghai University and the Editorial Board of Journal of Hydrodynamics, is scheduled to be held from April 19 to 22, 2019, in Shanghai, China.

The 3rd International Symposium of Cavitation and Multiphase Flow (ISCM2019) aims to become the leading annual conference in fields related to cavitation and multiphase flow. The purpose of the ISCM 2019 is to discuss the state-of-the-art cavitation and multiphase flow research and their up-to-date applications, and to foster discussion and exchange of knowledge. The objective of the ISCM 2019 is to provide an opportunity for the researchers, engineers and graduate students to report their latest progress in these fields. Furthermore, the participants are also encouraged to present their work in progress and discuss the problems encountered in their research.

  1. Scope

ISCM 2019 covers all aspects of cavitation and multiphase flows, e.g., both fundamental and applied research with a focus on physical insights, numerical modeling and applications in engineering. Some specific topics are (but not limited to):

Cavitating and multiphase flow in hydroturbines, pumps, propellers, etc.

The format of the conference paper can be a full text or a long abstract. The authors are requested to prepare the paper according to the paper template. Please register and submit the papers at the official website of the conference (http://www.iscm2019.org/), or alternatively, submit to the conference email (iscm@oa.shu.edu.cn). All submissions will be peer reviewed, and a notification based on the review results will be sent to the authors at a later time.

At the end of the conference, excellent papers (full text required) will be recommended for publication in journals of Journal of Hydrodynamics and Advances in Mechanical Engineering.

第三十届全国水动力学研讨会 暨第十五届全国水动力学学术会议 征文通知

为了促进水动力学跨学科的学术交流,为广大科研人员提供发表最新研究成果和交换研究信息的机会,第三十届全国水动力学研讨会暨第十五届全国水动力学学术会议拟于2019816日至19日在安徽合肥召开。会议将邀请各方面专家作大会报告,还将进行学术交流和有关考察活动。欢迎广大水动力学工作者踊跃参加会议,并广泛提出在经济建设中迫切需要解决的水动力学问题,使工程设计单位与教学科研单位紧密协作,共同攻关,为建设小康社会服务。本届研讨会将与第七届海峡两岸水动力学研讨会同时联合互动举行。大陆地区论文由组委会统一安排。本届会议期间恰逢《水动力学研究与进展》编委会换届、第八届三次暨第九届一次《水动力学研究与进展》编委会会议将在2019年8月16日举行,有相当一部分编委将会参加本届研讨会。

  1. 征文范围

(1) 水电和河流动力学;(2) 船舶与海洋工程水动力学;(3) 理论与计算流体力学;(4) 近代测试技术;(5) 工业流体力学;(6) 海洋与大气动力学;(7) 传热、传质、环境;(8) 水动力学基础研究;(9) 其它与水动力学有关的边缘问题。

本届会议将要开辟几个特殊专题研讨:(1) 空泡和空泡流动;(2)喷水推进CFD的验证与确认;(3) 人工智能CFD和涡识别。请投稿时指明专题,以便安排。

(1) 请投寄论文摘要一份,专家评审组将根据投寄的摘要内容决定是否录用。论文摘要内容应包括:1. 文章题目;2. 作者姓名、单位、邮编和电话(请附名片1张);3. 论文内容简要说明(包括文中处理方法及重要结果)。

(1) 投寄的论文应是尚未在公开出版(有刊号)的期刊上发表过。

(2) 全文录用通知将在收到摘要后一个月内寄出。录用的论文将编入《第三十届全国水动力学研讨会文集》(由出版社正式出版),并在第三十届全国水动力学研讨会暨暨第十五届全国水动力学学术会议第七届海峡两岸水动力学研讨会上安排交流。

(3) 会议将推荐优秀论文在《水动力学研究与发展》A辑组成专栏上发表,少数原创性强的特别优秀的论文推荐到B辑Journal of Hydrodynamics上发表。

(4) 会议将评选学生优秀论文奖6-8名(第一作者是在读研究生并在会议上宣读),在会议闭幕式宣布并颁发奖状和奖金。
