水动力学研究与进展A辑稿件投稿邮箱及格式说明（2017版）

请作者借（或网上查）一本近期出版的水动力学研究与进展A辑，按其格式对稿件进行修改后发给我们。如稿件仍不合规格，我们将把稿件退回给作者再修改，直到符合规格后我们才送审，这就会推迟稿件的录用。为了减少稿件的格式错误，对稿件格式等特作如下几点说明。

一） 稿件格式注意：

1）稿件必须间行单栏（即不分左右两栏）打印。
2）必须列出中图分类号。
3）若有基金项目，请标注，并请标注基金项目的英文名称。
4）正文中的一级标题的序号为“1”、“2”等，标题和序号都是4号宋体，不用黑体；二级标题的序号为“2. 1”、“2. 2”等，标题和序号都不是宋体，而是“times new Roman”，其中标题用黑体，序号不用黑体；三级标题的序号为“2. 1. 1”、“2. 1. 2”等，标题和序号都不用黑体。各级标题与其序号间空一格，其间不用任何标点隔开。
5）请留下第一作者或通信作者的手机号码，以便联系。（此点重要）

二）作者简介及中英文摘要需注意：

1） 作者的单位要写到学院（或系、所）。省市名与邮编之间不用“，”隔开。第一作者的邮编后要列出其Email地址。英文摘要中的单位地址的最后要列出国名。
2）中、英文摘要需一一对应。英文摘要应按中文摘要如实翻译。
3） 关键词最多不超过5个。关键词之间用“；”隔开，英译需和中文对应。
4） 要列出第一作者的简介。作者简介的格式为：作者姓名（出生年份—），性别，籍贯（省、县市），民族（汉族可省略），职称（研究生要指出是博士生还是硕士生），学位（如无则省略）。
5）通信作者不必在其名字上标注，只须在注解栏内列出其姓名和Email地址。

三）公式、图片和表格需注意：

1） 论文中的公式应统一用MATHTYPE 编辑，字号统一为10.5磅。公式中所用字母、符号需注意正、斜体的正确使用。
2） 论文中图片的横、纵坐标应标有单位（无量纲除外），图中所有名称（包括图题说明）均应用中文标示。正文中的公式按“（1）”、“（2）”等排序。
3） 论文中图片和表格的名称需用中、英文双语表示。
4） 正文中的图按提及的顺序排序，图的序号为“图1”、“图2”等。正文中必须先说明图的内容，再说明从图中能得出什么结论。曲线比较多的图要画得大些，曲线不能画的太细，不同曲线之间区别要明显。曲线比较少的图要画的小些，以节省篇幅。子图按“(a)”、“(b)”等排序。图题要尽量简单概括，各种不同曲线所表示的含义要列在图中的适当位置。图题和图序居中排在图的下面，图题和图序间空2格，其间不用任何标点隔开。
5）正文中的表格按提及的顺序排序，表的序号为“表1”、“表2”等。正文中必须先说明表的内容，再说明从表中能得出什么结论。表题和表序用黑体居中排在表的上方，标题和表序间空2格，其间不用任何标点隔开。
6）图和表的上下与正文之间要空一格。

四）参考文献需注意：

1） 参考文献为中文的需补充相对应的英文条目。参考文献中的标点符号均需改成英文状态下的。字体中文为宋体，英文为times new roman 字体， 每条参考文献均需有卷、期、页(不完整的请补充完整)。
2） 参考文献表的题目“参考文献：”用黑体靠左顶格排。参考文献的序号为“[1]”、“[2]”等。各参考文献的第一行必须靠左顶格排。参考文献不论中英文，都采用英文的标点符号。
3）所列文献必须在正文中被提及。正文中未提及的文献一律不得列出。
4）所有中文文献的下面一行必须紧跟其英文译文。
5）作者个数不超过3个时，必须全部列出；作者个数超过3个时，第三个以后的作者被省略，用“，等”（英文文献中用“, et al”）代替。
6） 英文文献中的作者的姓在前，字母要全部大写；名字只要列出第一个字母（大写）；姓和名的第一个大写字母之间以及双名或多名时的名和名第一个大写字母之间空一格，其间不用任何标点隔开。不同作者之间用“,”隔开。
7） 中文文献的英文译文中，作者的姓的拼音全部大写，作者名字的拼音要全部列出，但只有第一个名字的第一个字母大写。双名的两个名之间用“-”隔开。
8） 期刊上的文献格式为
作者. 论文题目[J]. 期刊名, 年份, 卷号(期号): 起始页码-终止页码.
9） 专著的格式为
作者. 书名[M]. 出版地（城市名和国家名）: 出版社, 出版年份.
10） 论文集上的文献格式为
作者. 论文题目[C]. 会议名称, 会议地点（城市名和国家名）, 会议年份. 起始页码-终止页码.
11） 学位论文的格式为
作者. 论文题目[D]. 大学（院所）名, 地点（城市名和国家名）, 年份.
12） 科技报告的格式为
作者. 论文题目[R]. 科技报告的名称, 年份.
13）专利文献的格式为
专利所有者（个人或单位）. 专利名称: 发布专利的国家名, 专利号[P]. 年份. 查找网址.
14）期刊的电子版文献的格式为
作者. 论文题目[J/OL]. 期刊名, 年份. 查找网址.
15）论文（包括期刊论文、学位论文、会议论文等）、专著、科技报告等的英文题目除第一个单词的第一个字母要大写外，其余字母（除特殊情况如人名、地名、专有名词等）一律都用小写。期刊名的所有首字母均大写。
